A boy believed to be aged about seven was taken to hospital after a white BMW station wagon crashed into Wicked Chicken in Allambie Heights, with two other children treated for minor injuries.
BMW Hits Wicked Chicken In Allambie Heights
Emergency services were called to the Allambie Heights shop on Sunday afternoon, 28 June, after the vehicle crashed into the front of the chicken takeaway where children were seated.
NSW Police attended and found the white BMW station wagon had gone into the front of Wicked Chicken. The vehicle had mounted the kerb and struck a table and chairs before hitting the shopfront.
The crash happened at the Allambie Heights shops on Sydney’s northern beaches.

Boy Taken To Hospital
NSW Ambulance paramedics treated the boy at the scene for leg and arm injuries before taking him to Sydney Children’s Hospital for further assessment.
Police said the boy was believed to be aged about seven and had suffered leg injuries. Two other children were treated for minor injuries.
No further details were provided about the other children’s ages or whether they required hospital treatment.
Nearby Worker Heard Impact
A worker at a service station opposite the chicken shop reported hearing a loud impact before seeing the BMW at the shopfront.
People at the scene appeared to move quickly to help after the crash.
